Once an order is shipped, TAN is not responsible for carrier delays.
Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Incorrectly entered addresses

Missing apartment/unit numbers

Returned packages due to address errors

Packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order.

Orders cannot be modified once processed.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, TAN assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
