SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 5–12 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Delivery timeframes depend on the selected carrier and destination.

  • Once an order is shipped, TAN is not responsible for carrier delays.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • TAN is not liable for:

    • Incorrectly entered addresses

    • Missing apartment/unit numbers

    • Returned packages due to address errors

    • Packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order.

  • Orders cannot be modified once processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, TAN assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


POLICY UPDATES

  • TAN reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
