Refund policy
RETURNS
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
TAN specializes in swimwear, and because these items are considered intimate apparel, we do not accept returns or standard exchanges.
Exceptions:
In extreme situations, requests may be evaluated case-by-case at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.
If a return or exchange request is exceptionally approved:

The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of any visible signs of wear (including makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, lotions, etc.).

The item must be returned in its original packaging with hygiene liners intact.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No monetary refunds will be issued. Approved cases will receive store credit only.
TAN reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet these conditions.
